  David has 2 pennies, 2 nickels, 3 dimes, and 13 quarters.
  
  13 quarters = $ 3.25
  
  3 dimes = $ 0.30
  
  

  2 nickels = $ 0.10
  
  

  2 pennies = $ 0.02
  
  

  So total is $ 3.67.
